Will I need to undress during the assessment?

Accepted Answer

No. Our health assessments are non-invasive and typically involve only a few small blood samples and basic body measurements. All our packages include a body composition scan, you might need to remove your shoes and socks. Are these tests available on the NHS?

The NHS does not provide health assessments like ours but will provide these tests if you have symptoms. The NHS does have some screening programs for certain illnesses based on your age. But, the they generally do not offer the wide range of thorough tests we do, along with a detailed, personalised results report.

Question 4

What happens if my results show something serious?

If our lab that analyses your samples finds any critical results, we will contact you right away. You will not have to wait for your complete results report to take the right steps. Depending on the result you may  need to ensure an urgent repeat test quickly. This can be done in A&E, NHS GP or privately with our doctors depending on availability.

How often should I have a health check?

We suggest having a complete health check once a year to monitor and enhance your health proactively. This helps you stay informed about your health and track any significant changes from your previous results.

Who performs the assessment?

Our friendly Health Assessment Specialists are skilled in taking blood and will perform some key measurements and collect a few small blood samples during your appointment. Our team comes from diverse backgrounds in health and wellbeing. Our doctors and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioners are highly qualified with board certification in Lifestyle Medicine.

How long will my appointment take?

Your appointment duration will vary depending on the tests or package you've selected, typically ranging from 10 to 30 minutes.

What should I do if I can no longer make my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please give us a call at 07474794887 as soon as you can. We can free up your appointment for someone else and help you reschedule it for a different date and time at no extra charge. If you need to cancel within 24 hours you may incur and administration fee.
